Session 4 - Latency, Reliability and Connectivity: The Network Role
Users of FIX are highly dependent on network solution providers for low latency and reliability when delivering their messages. This panel will discuss IT topics and network issues including co-location, collapsing order routing software, analysis for network latency and total order time, FAST DMZs, usage of distributed shared memory, and multiple gateways to the same liquidity provider to achieve better load-balancing and smaller queues.
